The exercises were very nice - not hard, not easy, not long, not short and sometimes a good workout for mom?? (which is a positive bonus). Today, I see that when I show the little one something from Monika's video, that I "teach" him to something new, he usually gets the hang of it very quickly (within a few days at most) and this is how we move slowly but surely? The exercises helped us with turning on the sander in the 5th month, and I can gradually see shifts towards the second upright position. But the best thing about it all is that he enjoys it and looks forward to new activities. For example wearing in a kangaroo, which Monika taught us at a personal consultation, is a total highlight of the bottom, as well as spinning. And when he sees the overball, which Monika also recommended to us, that's a lot of joy.
